This document defines the conditions of use of the site, the Visuella mobile applications, and the design, development, and consulting services provided by Visuella.

Our services and apps are intended for users aged 13 or older. For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, the minimum age is 16, unless valid parental consent is provided under applicable local law. By using our services, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information at registration and to keep your credentials (username, password, OAuth tokens) confidential.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Visuella promptly of any unauthorized use at contact@visuella-dz.com.

Visuella reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting Visuella.

By using our apps and services, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble all or part of the apps, except as expressly permitted by law;
• Cheat, use bots, automation scripts, or any unfair means (in particular in game or quiz apps);
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our apps without written authorization;
• Use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or rights-infringing purpose.

Our apps integrate third-party services such as Google Play Services, Firebase, Google AdMob, and other SDKs. By using the apps, you also agree to those providers' applicable terms. Visuella is not liable for any failure, interruption, or modification of services provided by these third parties.

Our apps may display advertising delivered through Google AdMob. If in-app purchases are introduced in the future, they will be subject to the applicable store platform rules (Google Play, App Store) and will be non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

All original content on the site and in the apps (text, images, original logos, illustrations, videos, code) is the exclusive property of Visuella or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, or exploitation without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Any third-party logos, brand names, or trademarks displayed in Visuella apps (including quiz-format apps) are the property of their respective owners. Visuella claims no ownership, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by any brand shown. Such marks are displayed for identification and educational purposes under principles of fair use and nominative use.

Our services and apps are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Visuella does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure in all circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visuella will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use our services or apps. Visuella's total aggregate liability for all causes shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to Visuella during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or EUR 10 if no amount has been paid.

Visuella reserves the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Visuella's registered office. Where local mandatory consumer protection law applies to the user, those rights are preserved.
